The humidifier uses ultrasonic waves to atomize the water at the top, and if the water level is too high, the efficiency of the ultrasonic wave conduction will decrease, resulting in little or even no mist coming out. To ensure proper mist output, make sure the mist pipe is clicked into place, and the small circle is in the mist tube and floating on the water.

When cleaning the humidifier, avoid allowing water to enter the air outlet and air inlet, as this can damage the electrical components. Dry all parts with a cloth, and ensure that all components are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

To clean and descale the humidifier, follow these steps: 1) Turn off and unplug the device. 2) Detach the tank cover and mist pipe. 3) Fill the water tank with 2 cups of distilled white vinegar and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. 4) Empty the tank. 5) Use a soft cloth to clean and then rinse all parts.

It is recommended to place the humidifier 2-4 feet above the floor, where airflow is most prevalent. If placing it on a non-waterproof surface, it is advisable to use a tray underneath to prevent the surrounding area from becoming wet due to the locally high humidity levels.
